TV channels are appearing on the net now, as people begin to view their computer use as an extension of Television. But that also means we get this cool TV channel- the Single Malt Scotch channel. It is hard not to like Ron Paul. He may have no chance of winning, but his ideas do. A return to the Constitution and the legislature deciding when to go to war was meant as a safe guard against a President holding all the cards. A return to the Constitution sounds pretty good.
