Since the 1950's wrestling has fallen in and out of favor. Censorship problems with Spike TV blew the momentum RAW had built, so Monday night the question was could the switch to the USA network re-energize the show?
The bra and panties match revealed the censorship problem was over. ![]() The return of Triple H, Mick Foley and Hulk Hogan showed the roots were still there. The announcement of a future battle between Hulk Hogan and Stone Cold Steve Austin was the kind of card that will draw millions. RAW is back. It isn't just re-energized. It's in overdrive. Young women are leading the way in tearing down sexual taboos in North America, where teenagers are having more sex at a younger age than their parents and grandparents, a new survey showed.
Freewheeling young women in the United States and Canada first have intercourse at the age of 15, partake more in oral sex than previous generations and are far less prudish, according to a landmark new report by researchers at California's San Diego State University. Between 1943 and 1999, the age of first intercourse dropped to 15 from 19 for females, while the percentage of sexually active young women rose to 47 percent from just 13 percent in 1943, according to the study that appears in the most recent issue of the Review of General Psychology. http://www.breitbart.com/news/2005/10/04/051004054737.fzs4blx5.html For many people their first introduction to the world of James Bond was via the paperback versions of Ian Fleming's novels that first appeared during the mid 1950's. Since then the Bond novels have seldom been out of print and have been reissued with many different covers, some featuring superb artwork that has rarely been seen since. The 1950's covers had painted artwork that evolved in to the simple graphic representations of the 1960's and the superb "Still-life" series from the UK that appeared in the 1970's. http://www.artofjamesbond.com/paperbacks.htm An interactive look at the original manuscript of Alice's adventures in wonderland housed in the British library. In complexity it is somewhere between making bread and making beer or wine. The reward comes in the flavors that can't be matched by the industrial sausage found in the supermarket and the knowledge of being in control of every ingredient that goes into the sausage. http://schmidling.netfirms.com/saus.htm BEST SITE OF THE DAY: Ron Popeil, gadget hawker extraordinaire, sold his company in August.
